ADL Home Care Services
As the "ADL" in our name suggests, ADL Home Care offers nonmedical assistance to seniors and others for virtually any of the activities of daily living. Our mission is twofold: to help them live in their own homes, and to ensure their best possible quality of life every single day.
The people we serve prize their freedom and privacy, but may need a helping hand with life's routine chores, perhaps because of long-term disability, recovery from an illness, or the natural occurrences of aging. Others may be perfectly able physically, but may simply enjoy some companionship.
ADL offers a highly flexible range of personalized, compassionate services, from a minimum of one hour to round-the-clock. These include help with personal hygiene, such as bathing and dressing, the preparation of nutritious meals tailored to individual tastes, light housekeeping, laundry, errands and shopping.
Importantly, our caring professionals know, too, that sometimes a senior simply needs a warm and reliable friend, someone to listen and to share life's joys and sorrows.
ADL can also provide relief to family caregivers who have an elderly or disabled person in their homes. Working adults often find themselves beyond the edge of fatigue when juggling their employment obligations with their caregiving responsibilities. Even if it's just an occasional few hours so the family can take in a movie or go out for dinner, ADL's professionals can provide the break you need with assurance that your loved one is well cared for.
For those with special needs, our staff is educated and dedicated to going the extra mile to enrich the lives of those they serve. They know, for example, that for someone with Alzheimer's, something as basic as a human touch, a shared walk, listening to music, and friendly conversation can make a big difference. Each client receives special attention with the patience and understanding so vital in Alzheimer's care, as we strive to provide an environment that encourages interaction.
All our employees undergo a complete background check, and are bonded and fully insured.
Please feel free to ask any questions via e-mail, phone, fax or regular mail. If you call, please do so during our normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. Of course, we are always reachable on an emergency basis for our clients.
All queries will be treated with confidentiality. With your permission, an ADL Home Care case manager will gladly come to your home to discuss a plan of care that will specifically meet your needs.
